Lisa McEuen joined the Compass Group North American executive team as the Senior Vice President, Business Excellence in 2007 and now serves as Executive Vice President.
In this role, McEuen is responsible for identifying and implementing (MAP) operational best practice across all Compass sectors; focusing on food cost efficiency; and leading a cross sector team of best practice experts.
McEuen has 25 years of foodservice management experience. Prior to joining Bon Appétit Management Company, McEuen held a number of senior operational and marketing roles with Epoch Foodservice and Vending, Gardner Merchant, and Aramark. She joined Bon Appétit in 1996 as district manager for Cisco Systems and then became regional vice president of operations.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Lisa is also a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard School of Business.
McEuen is married with two children.
