C. Palmer Brown serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Compass Group North America.
Brown joined Compass Group in 2001, and has served in several Finance, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development roles. Brown has coordinated most of the acquisitions and divestitures for Compass North America. He assumed the position of General Counsel in July 2010.
Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Brown has also passed the CPA exam. He is a member of the State Bar of North Carolina.
He resides in Charlotte, NC.
