Compass Group’s commitment to community investment has been formally recognized as 'Compass In The Community' (CITC) since 1996.
Compass Group encourages our associates to get involved in the communities in which we operate. This global program aims to supports community-based efforts, and recognize success.
Each year, a panel of judges reviews the community projects and rewards the associates with a monetary donation to the organization of their choice.
