It means everything! Associate development is our business’ lifeblood to continued success.
Have you seen a difference in your associates after they’ve completed a Compass Group leadership development or training program?
The growth that we see is very recognizable. To be specific, our team has become stronger at negotiations, presentation skills, project management, and seeing the bigger picture. This is a result of being involved in these courses.
How has working at Compass Group helped you in your own development?
Compass Group offers many opportunities for education, mentoring, talent development, networking and collaboration with partner sectors. There are so many career development resources for us to take advantage of if we just seek them out and take ACTION!
Is there anything you do with your team that is above and beyond?
We partner with Duke University Hospital on their Holiday Gift program and our team loves this opportunity to give back to the local community during the holidays.
Do you have a favorite quote or personal mantra?
“Don’t be normal, be an example.”
Is there anything you are really passionate about outside of work?
This would be the 3 F’s. These are Faith, Family, and Football. Each year we take a family mission trip to help folks in need. Giving back and helping others is very fulfilling.
