Compass Group Named One of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes

Compass Group USA, the leading foodservice, hospitality and support services company, has been named one of America’s Best Large Employers by Forbes.

“This award is a reflection of our amazing people, especially our operators and frontline associates who serve our guests and clients every day,” said Cindy Noble, Chief People Officer, Compass Group North America. “We are a great company because we have the very, very best associates in the industry.”

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile the list by surveying 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and to nominate organizations other than their own.
