Compass Group is thrilled to announce the launch of our Women in Culinary program! As the foodservice leader, we are committed to continue driving our diversity and inclusion strategy forward and effecting meaningful change across our industry. Our Women in Culinary program seeks to empower our female culinarians through dedicated training opportunities, leadership development programs, and an annual conference and recognition event.
